La faible teneur en amandes (4% en moyenne), et les produits rajout\u00e9s : sucres, sel, ar\u00f4mes, \u00e9paississants, d\u00e9naturent le produit et ne r\u00e9pondent pas \u00e0 l\u2019exigence d\u2019une qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle d\u00e9pourvue d\u2019additif. Pour cette principale raison, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de fabriquer moi-m\u00eame mon lait d\u2019amande, d&#8217;abord pour ma consommation personnelle puis pour mes amis. C\u2019est ensuite devenu une \u00e9vidence : je devais offrir ce produit aux consommateurs, dans ma r\u00e9gion et dans un avenir proche, \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des consommateurs fran\u00e7ais.
